Subhash Singh

With over 15 years of culinary experience, our chef brings a rich blend of tradition, skill, and creativity to every plate. He began his journey in India, spending 6 years mastering the art of Indian cuisine in top hotels and restaurants, followed by 2 years in Kuwait refining his techniques and flavors. After another year back in India, he moved to Estonia, where he has been sharing his passion for authentic Indian food for the past 7 years. Specializing in curries, biryanis, and tandoori dishes, he combines time-honored recipes with fresh ingredients to deliver an unforgettable dining experience

Sabbal Singh

With over 20 years of culinary and management experience, our chef brings a wealth of expertise to our kitchen. He began his journey in India, spending 7 years in a prestigious hotel restaurant mastering Indian cuisine. He then moved to Germany, where he continued refining his craft for 4 years. In Estonia, he has worked for more than 9 years in a standalone Indian restaurant and also with a well-known restaurant chain offering both Indian and Chinese cuisine. In addition to his culinary skills—especially in curries, tandoori dishes, and Chinese specialties—he also has extensive experience in kitchen operations and team management, ensuring consistency, quality, and a smooth dining experience.
